Rooted in our family’s Chilean heritage is the love of Malbec. Our vines are planted between swaths of tall fir trees on steep, rocky slopes–– a perfect place to a coax bright acidity and juicy minerality. We find our second release of this fan and family favorite exuberant with ripe cherry, blueberry, and spices, with a counterpoint of graham cracker on the palate and sandalwood on the nose.
The citrus flavors that encompass our Sauvingon Blanc make it a family favorite. Two distinct selections grow on a steep hillside; Clone 1, originally from Chateau d'Yquem, provides structure and backbone and is blanaced by the aromas of the second clone, Musque. The fruit is dry-farmed organically, producing canopies of very small yields. The resulting wine is rich and complex with bright acidity.
